Reiki is the Spiritual Life Force energy that promotes health and well being. The second part of the word Reiki, Ki means is the energy that gives life to all things, encompassing everything as a whole bringing together stability that energy is a connection supporting all life at every moment in time. There is no real disconnection only a thought that makes us feel disconnected.
